I love getting my dog food from Petflow. Prices are good and the service saves me time. Only had one delivery where the dog food bag was cut open. That was the most recent. Maybe a more sturdy shipping box would help.

While I value the ease of ordering online and having shipments scheduled at regular intervals, there have been at least two instances in which I did not receive a notification email that i have an upcoming shipment scheduled. I rely heavily on these reminders as my pet's needs change regularly and I consistently add/remove items and edit delivery dates to accommodate my pet's needs. Without these reminder/notification emails, I am blindsided when I receive an email notifying that my order has shipped and I did not have the opportunity to edit my order as may be necessary. Otherwise, I have had nothing but great experiences with the ordering process and the customer service available by phone or instant chat, which is truly a breathe of fresh air.

This seems to be a great place for pet supplies. I've used them now for about a year and things have worked out well. I did get a double order once, but we worked it out. Since then things have gone well.

Your prices delivered to my door cheaper than Petsmart! Only one suggestion: on my standing deliveries, would like to be able to change quantities on one upcoming delivery without affecting future standing orders. Thanks for being there.

I recommend that you consider a new provider. UPS seems to do much better. Contact me if you need more information. Do you have another no-cost delivery option?

Lots of choices and the prices seem reasonable. Love the idea of having regular deliveries. I found the website confusing to use . I would love to be able to search the dog food section by price.
