I recently adopted a puppy and have been doing a lot of research as to what's the best food to feed him (dogfoodadvisor.com is a good reference for anyone looking). I'm not sure where I heard about PetFlow, but they have pretty much every single option for cat/dog food that I've ever looked for. It's awesome that one of the tabs lists the ingredients label and most of the images have zoom options, which is a feature I'd otherwise have overlooked except it came in really handy when I was trying to figure out which bags were resealable. The prices are pretty good, comparable or sometimes better than the local Petco, but it would be nice if they offered free delivery on all orders rather than meeting a minimum order amount, or set the minimum lower. Buying cat food doesn't hit the minimum $59 for free shipping, and cat and dog food aren't on the same delivery schedule, so there's no advantage to buying cat food here for me personally - Petco is 2 minutes down the street so it's cheaper (and no less convenient) to take a short drive.

Appreciate the organization of the website and really really LOVE the free shipping. Prices are comparable to PetsMart with no tax and much more convenient. Free shipping is worth the wait. Really like the abundance of products and brands. Hard to use the autoship due to not knowing how much time it will take - hard to plan how often to get shipments. WAY to much spam email from other sources even though I am already a customer. Very annoying that the spam services are used but I guess you have to attract business somehow. Really should search for other ways.

We had trouble making the final purchase on line; had great service on the telephone.

This company has been very helpful and easy to deal with. They always answer my e-mails and I love the instant chat on line with a representative. I just wish the prices were lower. Otherwise no complaints!

I'm busy, and we live in a small house, which makes keeping "extra" anything on hand a bit of a challenge. We just don't have the room! Especially for a 30 pound bag of dog food. I got the Groupon for this and decided to try it. I think the cost is comparable to Petco, so I'll probably try it again. Shipping came 4 days after I placed my order, right to my door!

PetFlow is so convenient to order your dog food. They have every good brand of food, not just the cheap brands that you might find in your grocery store. I only have a few problems with PetFlow. They do not answer your email questions to them. I have sent at least two emails in the past with questions on how to do something, and I have never gotten an answer. I don't like that at all. Another thing, when you want to delete a product from just one shipment and not from any other, PetFlow deletes that product from all of your upcoming shipments. So frustrating! The only way to avoid this from happening is to Live Chat with someone. This is very effective, but why does it always have to be this way? Why can't a customer change their order without getting Live Chat involved? And why does one change on one order have to affect all your other orders? I don't get it. So please try to change that, and PLEASE answer emails! Thanks!

I switched from another popular site similar to PetFlow because the cat food cans always came in dented and one sealed, dented can even had some really scary bacteria growing in it. Until my latest shipment I preferred PetFlow because the cans came in with minimal dents. My latest shipment however, came in pretty dented. I'll give PetFlow another shot but I will find somewhere else to shop if I keep getting severely dented cans. Otherwise, I find PetFlow to be fast and reliable. I wish there was a larger variety of items outside of food but the site does what it promises. Prior to this week I was quite happy with the quality of goods and services.
