Great people to deal with (I had to call customer service once for two orders, and things were handled quickly, carefully and courteously). The shipments were fast, accurate and exactly as represented. One could perhaps save a couple of bucks by going to the local supermarket and stocking up, but if you want to save the gas and time, this is a great alternative. It's nice not to have to schlep big packages of pet food around. I've already become a steady customer, and there are no regrets.

Price was higher than a retail store, but it came really fast compared to another big site I've ordered from. A few days instead of weeks. I have a back injury and can't lift the bags, so delivery is great.

The company has a better selection than the pet health food store I was going to, plus the case discount. I might be able to buy some of the foods at the same price, but I'd have to call or visit the store every 3 months and hope the clerk took my order correctly and knew that was store policy. With this company, I know the order will be done right and repeated every 3 months, unless I stop it or change the order. This helps me keep a uniform supply of food with a uniform budget--yet offer my cats 13 varieties in 5.5 ounce and 3.3 ounce cans. There were a few dented cans, but no safety issues, and my store has some dented cans as well. I wish they carried Instinct rabbit food for cats--I substituted their Evanger brand and, on the first try anyway, my cats didn't like it. But I can scratch that off my list easily. There are a few cases where PetFlow may charge a few cents more than Petsmart, but overall I figure I'll save over $200 a year and do nothing but wait for the stuff to arrive regularly. It's already helped me organize my pet food orders and stocking.

Best prices on cat food around. Very good about resolving problems when you call in. However, you need to remove the labels and mail them in (with your own stamp) every time there is a damaged pet food can. They refund you promptly - but the last order had 8 cans damaged.....takes a bit of time out of one's day just to peel and mail all those in each time. A bit frustrating.
