Pretty simple procedure. Didnt understand why April shipment was left at neighbors door vs mine?

Unfortunately, I've found a local resource where I can get the Blue Buffalo Wilderness at a lower price. While I have enjoyed the convenience of home delivery, at a difference of almost $8 a bag, I'll be purchasing our dogs' food locally from now on. Customer service was spot-on, though. I'll miss that!

The only reason I buy from PetFlow is because the local pet stores don't carry the brand my cat eats. I compared prices when they used to carry the brand with PetFlow's prices, and the local stores were slightly less expensive, not to mention no shipping costs.

Over all the pirces are good. I do wish you carried bigger bags of fruitables and the large bag of dentasticks for large dogs.

Ordering from petflow is a great way to get food if you have transportation issues, or simply just want a piece of mind when it comes to always having pet food. However, I wish they offered more promotions for one time orders. When I am trying out a site for the first time, I don't want to feel like I am being trapped into anything until I'm sure I am satisfied with it. As a first time buyer, I would've loved to have a promotion without having to sign up for auto shipments.. Other than that, it was great! Thank you for the quick delivery and easy site.

I liked the convience of having my food delivered right to my door. It is a little more expensive this way but it saves me from going out two different stores. The only problem I had was that one item I ordered was out of stock and they did not notifiy me so I could make another choice.

I have had three deliveries so far, and an issue with one. My order was lost by the delivery service and I would not have been alerted to it if I hadn't followed up after a few days of waiting for my order. They did send out another order, but I ran out of my dogs' food before it got here, so I had to go buy some anyway. Overall I am satisfied and have decided to give them a second chance since it was the delivery Co., not Petflow who lost the order
