We have three large dogs and have a monthly subscription for dog food with PetFlow. The shipping has always been consistent and is at my home within a day or two of the shipping notification. When we have an abundance, pushing back the order date is super simple. I also appreciate the automated email when it’s about to ship so that I can remember to change it if necessary. I’ve been very happy with PetFlow since I started using it almost a year ago!

They had what I was looking for that their competitor didn't carry, and at a reasonable price. The order shipped quick and received them quick. But I realised part of my order was missing when I opened the package. All I had to do was email them and it was taken care of - they shipped the missing item immediately! Best customer service :)
