Web site is not user friendly. Had difficulty changing an existing monthly order. Still not sure it is correct because last order came in two shipments.

Once I called customer service the problem was taken care of. Customer service was very polite.

I've had good experiences ordering food for our three dogs from this company,. I would rate the company five stars except that they make it as difficult as they can, to sign out without agreeing to take automated regular deliveries of dog food. Since it's impossible to predict precisely how much food three dogs will use over a time period of more than a month or so, automated delivery is unacceptable to me.It's very annoying that they'd try this transparent marketing trick, and then make it difficult to decline. Because of this annoyance, I have come close to ordering from another vendor.

I recently made my first order with PetFlow. My dry dog food arrived and when i opened it up, it had a large hole and dog food was all over the box. I called and they shipped me a new one at absolutely no cost to me (that's a $65 value!!). Accidents happen, but great customer service is a gift!

although I have had one issue (the last shipment) where I wasn't notified...I think that initially they shipped the wrong stuff, and then made a bunch of excuses.

I have been using petflow for several months now. I appreciate the auto ship, the notifications, the decent prices. I do wish they had a few more of the products I order elsewhere, and that it was a little easier to get right to my auto-ship page from the home page. Other than these small blips, I am very happy with them

Petflow.com provides great service at a great price. Some of the products we use all the time are not included, though, which limits it's usefulness.

Prices are way better than my local pet stores and I purchase enough to get free shipping. Delivery is dependable. My only complaint would be that sometimes cans arrived dented and since large cans contain BPA linings this is a concern to me. Lately my cases of food have been delivered in two boxes instead of one and I have not noticed dented cans recently.
