delivery person left items in the lobby. there are specific instructions posted for delivery persons to deliver the item directly at the unit’s door.

I ordered 8 bags of dog food under autoship. In doing so, it gave me 35% off my entire order. Apparently the warehouse couldn't fulfil my order in full, so they delegated my a part of my order (2 bags) to another warehouse. The food that came from the second warehouse did not honor the 35% off discount and I was charged full price. At least they got my order correct.

Would be 5 stars as the product was good and delivery was good but ordering was not phone friendly. It took me 6 tries to order because the website was not as mobile friendly as it should be.

This would be 5 stars except that FedEx keeps delivering our critter food to the wrong cottage.

Product was fine but shipping was super slow. FedEx is horrible.

I was so happy that my dogs food was available but disappointed that it took a few days for me to receive it.

When there is a sale, it is a great time to stock up. I was not thrilled with the packaging. The box was not sturdy enough and had come open by the time I received. The case of food had come apart. Customer experience was not great

The time in shipment was good. The package was open and left exposed to rain. Fortunately the food is sealed against moisture. This was my 2nd order. The 1st had dozens of feet of packing paper. This one had about 6 feet. Do something about your shipping department.
