Although the kitten food arrived when promised, the condition of 9 of the cans were not something I would have purchased in the store. The case appeared to have been re-packed and 8 of the 12 cans were so badly smashed-up on the bottom that they didn't sit flat on the counter and I couldn't stir the food.The seal was not broken but the condition of the can caused me to worry that the quality of the food had been compromised,and it made my job of feeding 2 kitten all the more difficult. I have also experienced several cans that have had the pull top seperate fron the top before the can is opened.

The only thing keeping me from giving Petflow.com a five star review is that your website is TERRIBLE. It is so hard to navigate and the design is just ugly and not user friendly at all. PLEASE get a new website that is easier to search so I can find more products to order from you :)

The only bad thing is that sometimes when you call it takes a while for them to answer. Otherwise, they're friendly and pretty awesome. I recommend Petflow.

My 2 shipments were great, quickly expedited, reliable ad and true value. I do need to return 1 item due to my misunderstanding of the item.

I was relieved to see two things this month: a different "ship from" address and none of my order has been recalled. In the past, shipments were arriving very late and I was about to cancel my account. Now, I see my order is coming from a shipper in the west rather than the east, and it's been much faster. Plus, none of my product has been on the recall list. I don't know if PetFlow is being careful or if I just got lucky.

I ordered for the first time a couple of items and one stopped working after 3 days, I emailed pet flow and all I had to do was mail back the UPC symbol and within a week I had the replacement at home. Thanks for making it easy to return !

I am so grateful to have cat food and litter especially delivered; it saves me from lugging it. My only comment where you might want to turn your attention is to your website. I have difficulty navigating it, finding my order details, and changing the items I want on my scheduled delivery dates.
