PetflowReviews of petflow.com

They normally get the food there when you request it, but this time it was slower than normal and i had totally run out of food (bad me) so I was desperate. It came two days later than expected, unfortunately. But that doesn't mean I wouldn't order from them again. I have been requesting Halo Spot's Stew for Small and Toy Dogs for a long time to this point, it still has not come. Also, the prices are a bit higher than other online suppliers, so that is something you might want to think about.

Petflow offers a large variety of high end dog food and treats. The website is easy to use and very user friendly. They ship quickly. The only reason I would not give 5 stars is that I wasn't notified when the particular brand of food (taste of the wild) was recalled just recently. The company I use to order from did notify me through email but Petflow did not and I was disappointed. Will they replace their stock? What do they do when they know they've recently shipped out product that was recalled?

We have had a great experience with PetFlow - very easy to update shipment dates and modify orders.

They have been great so far although unfortunately the last few shipments have had numerous dented cans :( and this last one one can was completely opened and ruined! Had to toss it, otherwise I am extremely happy with the service and company in general.

The PetFlow premise is great--no tedious schlepping of heavy pet food bags. Delivery right to your door. The Web site is well laid-out without confusing links and it's really easy to adjust deliveries if you're going to be away for a bit. However, over the past 18 months, prices have increased steadily to the point where it's actually cheaper to buy at the local big box. It's a shame, but I'll probably move back to buying locally this summer.

Your pet food arrives promptly, as ordered. What is sent is accurate. Would like the Stella and Chewy's packed even more tightly, as it comes in crumbs mostly.

I like the ease of setting up automated shipments. We never have to worry about running out of our dog's food, prices are competitive and the brand selection is immense.

I use Petflow.com because I have 6 kitties and cat food gets expensive. I used to buy cat food at Walmart but now I shop at Petflow. I found them because I was having trouble finding a particular dry food - they have a good selection.
