Took a total of 5 days to receive my order. Like the concept of delivery of name brand dog food to my home. Hoping auto-ship comes in a shorter time!

I only ordered one thing as a gift for a friend. I loved that I was able to track it since it was being sent as a gift. It seemed to take forever to get to her, but I think it was more my impatience than poor service! I thought about tryingout your food service for my own pets, but comparatively, your food would be more expensive especially with shipping added than with me buying it locally. Otherwise, I think it's a good idea. Thank you

Loved the website. I've bought food online before but did not find pricing as competitive or as convenient as my local upscale pet food store. I found Petflow.com and figured I'd try again. I ordered online on a Sunday and the first delivery attempt was Saturday after 4:30 p.m. We weren't home so we did not get the order until Tuesday (the next FedEx delivery day). We live in Baltimore so I thought since Petflow.com was based in NYC that delivery would be pretty quick - a few days max. Turns out our order was shipped from somewhere out west. Live and learn they most likely have distribution center agreements all over. I would order the food again because the prices are competitive and the shipping was free. We'll just have to plan ahead of time or use the auto-delivery feature so we don't run out of kibble for our 100 lb pup.

I don't want to commit to auto-delivery. That being said, I wish you would add a feature that would save prior orders for quick re-ordering or create a favorites lists. I know your goal is for every customer to commit to auto-delivery, but I'm not going to do it and if another company comes along offering the same service with greater convenience, I'm gone.

I received the dog food that I ordered on time, however, when I did my initial order they wanted me to sign up for auto delivery...that would have been fine, but I didn't know how long the food was going to last, had I signed up then, I would have gotten free delivery on all my next orders. Once I figured out how much my dogs were going to eat, I would have signed up for auto delivery if I could have gotten free shipping. Love the dog food, but will now go and buy it at my petstore because of the shipping issue. Good service otherwise..

Loved the convenience of the heavy food getting delivered to my door, just wish the price was in line with where I usually shop.

I didn't expect to get my delivery so soon so I ran out and picked some back food to hold me over and when I got home the delivery was there, Murphy's Law. Only one problem my treats where all crushed.

Box arrived fast. Very convenient service. Good pricing - free shipping. But the box was in rough shape and was not packaged or taped well enough. It did stay intact but the lid was gaping.
