I love Petflow, their prices are lower than other locations that I have found and I love the free shipping on my orders and that I don't have to worry about remembering to order because it's on a schedule. I do with I could have alternating shipments. As in, one flavor of dogfood one shipment and another the next time. But I'm not sure that is possible. Thanks!

I ordered online and it said 5-7 business days ship. It was on my door step in two day!. A truly happy customer that will be buying again!

The product is great, the delivery is super fast, wonderful experience in those terms. However, the website navigation is terrible. Considering the inventory - there are no options to choose specifics, other than food brand name or dog/cat. One must know what brand they want and there are so many different brands offered on the website, some I haven't even heard of, that I possibly would've tried, but I didn't have a choice of selecting several to compare ingredients, or sort them by bag size to compare prices, or even sort by price, but within specific range. So I would rate the experience at 3.5 stars, really, because of the navigation issues.

I do have a question how come when i order rabbit and potato i received venison and potato.

Overall I think it's a great service, I love the scheduled deliveries. The only issue I have is I want to set up multiple delivery schedules. I don't need certain items delivered at different frequencies than others. Right now I can only set up one schedule and once my schedule is in place it is difficult to change it or order one off items.

We just got a JRT puppy and he came with a bag of food. After much research and debate, we chose to feed him Taste of the Wild. Since we still had most of a 5 pound bag of his old food, I didn't open the box for a week. Then I heard about the ToTW recall. I emailed PetFlow and said I would rather just switch to Blue Buffalo. They said no problem and shipped out a bag of the formula I asked for with no issues. I received the BB very quickly. I noticed later that I had ordered a 15 pound bag of the ToTW, but I only ordered a 6 pound bag of the BB. I emailed back and the same rep said no problem, I can use the difference the next time I order. It's a little odd, because I have to order and then contact the rep to use the credit. Overall, I'm totally satisfied, but if they had offered me the credit for the difference immediately and made the credit easier to use, it would have been 5 stars.

They have competitive prices and we were able to use a Groupon to get an even better discount! We have a very specific brand of dog food that we have to purchase for our diabetic dog. Petflow had exactly what we needed. Our only hesitation (and it's actually a good thing) is that the shipping went way faster than we expected. We requested the food be delivered the following week because we would be out of town over the weekend and didn't want the food sitting outside our door or outside our condo building because we were not available to accept the delivery. It came so fast that we received it prior to our vacation! But I would have preferred that it was delivered during the requested time frame and not earlier.

Recently pet food prices have gone up considerably, so I decided to try Petflow. So far, I have found their pricing to be fair, the shipping to be fantastic, and the overall ease of ordering makes this site really worth it to me. I would also like to mention that they have a fantastic selection of food to choose from, which is a nice change from most local stores that sell pet food.
