A little trouble reaching customer service butbery satisfied with the result

Life is alot easier since I started using Petflow, no more running to the store and carrying it all home. The one complaint I have is some of the cans arrive damaged from shipping.

I am more than satisfied with this website, very efficient.

I like the selection of healthy pet foods and treats. Shipping is very fast as well. The only issue I have is that food prices are somewhat higher than my local store; therefore, I only buy from pet flow when there is a sale.

You can find better prices elseware but Petflow gives free shipping so it evens out in the end. They provide good service and offer many different products so you can usually find what you want at this one site without shopping around.

First delivery was fine. Second delivery got botched by FedEx, making it a day late. Food itself was a bit close to expiration date (about 6 weeks shy) and one can in the batch so far has looked a bit old and unappetizing. When Petflow got word of this (through my deleting of the account, at least temporarily, with the intention of trying other brands from a store) they were very solicitous about it and voluntarily refunded me for a damaged can. I will probably sign up again later on.

Love the convenience and the service!
