I do have concerns about how long food sits in extreme heat while in transit.

PetFlow.com has the lowest price for the food I need. I love the auto-ship program for the convenience that it offers me. I don't have to remember to have my dog food shipped & risk having to buy a lower grade food to hold them over if I forget! However, the program asks you to pick the date that you want your order shipped, but that may change at any time without warning! I ended up short on food because the order didn't get shipped on the day I was expecting! I have remedied the situation by choosing the Friday before the day I really want my order shipped to allow for those isdues. I haven't spoken to the company, but so far, that's the only problem I have had!

Unhappy with our local pet food store, I decided to look online for a home delivery option for receiving our pet food. We have three medium size dogs and we feed them approx. eighty something cans of dog food each month. Plus a 40 lb. bag of dry food every other month. I found PetFlow online and decided to give them a try. PetFlow carried the product we have been giving our dogs these past several years so our decision to give them a try was an easy one. The pet food was delivered to our door within five days of the order being placed. The product was not damaged in any way and our dogs approved of the taste. Next week I will be placing another order with PetFlow.

I like using the service. You carry the brands I need, let me know when my shipment is coming and are always prompt. One thing that helps make my life a little easier

Though it was very convenient to order from our living room, I'm not sure that the cost was worth it. We actually can purchase the same items at the local pet store for less money, especially with sales and discounts. But we will consider ordering in the future if health or weather keep us home bound.

Website is easy to get around. Delivery is affordable and quick. product selection for my dog is just what I need. I also have rabbits, doves and koi that need to eat too! I would love to buy all my pet foods from you but can't seem to find what I need

Petflow has delivered Lita's food for over a year in a timely fashion--only once was her brand not in the warehouse and delivery was delayed. Response from the company at that time was excellent.
