because of their overwhelming range of products and sub-par search it can be difficult to find exactly what you're looking for (for instance, the lowest price-per-ounce for dry food for small dogs) but once you've set up you standing order it just appears like magic. I especially appreciate the email before shipment. I often make changes without problems.

My cats liked the one treat so far. I haven't given the other bag yet. The dog treats are for my friends dog and my neice's dog. So I am not sure if they will like them yet. The service was easy and the food good. Some of it is just a little to expensive for my budget.

The Thunder Jacket Is to small.it fits but very tight.So soon as I can I'll return it for one size Larger.I am going to try it on her this week end.We are suppose to have thunder storms today and tomorrow.So i'll see if it works.I bought three different treats.Which I'll keep trying,But they just smell them then walk away.I'm hoping that it is just something new.

I really like having the choices of some of the higher quality grain-free dog foods. Since I live 60 miles from the nearest store that sells any of the better dog foods, AND since those choices are much more limited, I love the convenience of having it delivered. If the prices were a smidge lower it would be perfect.

There is nothing that irks me more than dented or damaged cans when I open my order of dog food. I am pleased that PetFlow promptly replaces damaged contents. However, I wish delivery can be done right the first time around. Perhaps in addition to padding, how about upright shipping and marking the box "Fragile" could be a solution.

I was pleased with timely delivery of my order. My concern was the fact the Greenies I bought were a dusty box left over from Christmas time. It was holiday packaging and like I said, looked like it has been sitting on a shelf for a long time. The contents appeared to be still fresh as far as I could tell.

I bought a groupon for this website and recently ordered food for my dog. The ordering process was easy the food was at my house within two days. Overall I was very happy and will order from petflow again. I only used 4 stars because when you factor in shipping I don't know that petflow has the most competitive food prices.
