The site is fine, easily navigated with a good array of cat food. What I would really appreciate is a way to sample new food for my cat. I understand this is more likely an issue with food companies but buying a case of food new to my cat is hit or miss. One case was a success, the other an abject failure. If I'd had the option to try different flavors from the same company I'd be able to make a more informed choice on my next order. I was very pleased with the shipping cost which is considerably lower than other sites and I will likely shop here again.

I've used PetFlow in the past with good results. They get the food to you quickly and most of the time, accurately. Their selection of healthy dog and cat foods and treats is excellent.

The only thing that bothered me was at check out, I felt like I was hounded to get the "every _____ weeks" ordering option. They almost make you feel bad if you don't sign up for it. We were trying a new cat food and didn't want to sign up for it right away.

Great deals, good website and special promotions on social media! All of that combines for a great experience. I can't thank PetFlow.com enough for the promotions via facebook! I'd love to see the ability to order individual cans rather than cases of 24. My two kitties love Weurva brand, but they will not eat the same food day in and day out. Bright side to petflow.com is not only the reasonable prices, but low shipping! I think this site is really one of the best out there!

It was very easy to reschedule the delivery if you run out of food before the next one.

Love it! Wish that there were the option for smaller quantities, as I have little room for storage.

On time I recieved a case of cat food instead of dog,but the big picture is that you get what is promised and customer service is very good. My orders are on time and except for that one delivery, it is what I prdered.

I decided to try PetFlow.com because I received a coupon for them. The site was easy to use and they shipped my dog food when I requested it without any problems. However I think I'm going to be sticking with going to buy my dog food as without the large coupon it would be much more expensive for me for the 70+ lbs of food I go through in a month.
