PetflowReviews of petflow.com

Initially its taking a bit of time to get the timing right on how much time in between delivery but the service is second to none. The most compelling reason to order the dog food from Petflow is that you can get all of the highly rated natural dog foods delivered right to your door and in a size that makes sense. I have 3 dogs and need a larger amount of dog food weekly. Not wanting the food to go stale or spoil by buying ahead because the bags available at the local retailer were no larger than 30 lbs, I was going to the store every three weeks or less. Now I get a 50 lb bag delivered right to my door and I can control what the schedule is. Excellent through and through.

I have a very per-snickity shih-tzu without very many teeth. Getting a treat that is good for her, easily given, and enjoyable for her is rare. She LOVES these lick sticks! A wonderful product. She's an older dog, and we need to watch her calories - this is fantastic. Though, she's too old to learn many new "tricks", I can imagine it would be a fantastic training tool.

Petflow has really great pricing on the Vet Cat food I buy. The website is pretty easy to use although I wish they had filters to use to narrow down results. Customer Service is one of the best; fast replies, always friendly and willing to help, offer discounts whenever there's a complaint (shipping was taking too long, got wrong product), great return policy. Only issues I've had is being out of stock for a long time, shipping from New Jersey takes a long time but if they ship from Vegas, it's very quick.

check to see which warehouse your purchase is coming from to get an idea of when your shipment will arrive. One time my order took 9 days and I had to go buy a small bag of food to hold my dog over, the second time my order only took 2 days. You can find out by a simple and fast phone call or email. Totally worth it for city dwellers w/ no car to transport large bags of pet food, toys etc. Good prices.

I have ordered a lot of critter supplies from Petflow and find it very convenient, especially for my elderly Mom and her dog. But the shipping department seeems determined to cram as much as they can into one package and frequently something is crushed or the box just barely makes it in one piece.

This was my second shipment and although I did have some issues with product cancelation and worry that the replacement would not ship correctly or on time, things turned out well with all items arriving in a timely manner. Thanks so much for your responsiveness to my concerns!

The service has been excellent. The company even was willing to ship my regular delivery elsewhere for one shipment while I was out of town. The timing is perfect every five weeks when we run out of food. The only negative is that the first two bags they delivered were not in great shape. The first was past the expiration date, but I did not notice until we were mostly through the bag. The second delivery the bag was seriously damaged and had been taped closed with packing tape. Overall, though, it makes getting my 40 lbs bag of food for my two dogs every month very convenient!

I would have given 5 stars ,but I have only had one purchase and we all need something to strive for.My dog claims the food even tastes better.
