I ordered some heat lamps from PetFlow because it was the cheapest place to get some with built-in dimmers. I was surprised when they asked for me to call in so I could confirm the order to prevent fraud. While this is a good move on their part, I unfortunately can’t make phone calls because I’m hearing impaired. I decided after some struggle with software for the hearing impaired to try simply texting them about it. The customer service rep was AMAZING. It took just a few minutes to confirm the order (with the help of the order management team) and get things underway. The lamps arrived at my doorstep within two weeks, and all was good. Thank you, PetFlow!
