In theory a great idea and handy. In practice the prices are the same as my local, not cheap neighborhood store that I pass every day anyway and like to support on principle. With free shipping it is worth it for some stuff the store doesn't carry, but I was disappointed when my order came in a huge box with tons of packaging plastic etc. it was not fragile and was a terrible waste. Also, only half my order came but the receipt listed everything. The remainder arrived over a week later in another huge box with no receipt. It seemed a bit weird and I really dislike the bad environmental impact. However, the dogs love the toys, they carry the high end limited ingredient diet that I like to feed at the same price as the store and it is easy and convenient to order and receive.

The feeder is great and very reliable. I don't have to feed my cats 3 times a day anymore and they know the sound when food is being dropped. My cats are meowing a lot less to be fed now. It's great!!! My only complaint is the cheap clear container that holds the food. I don't care for that only because it does not keep the food fresh. I don't fill up the container even half way. We also have ants in the house so I don't want to leave the food for the ants to get. Otherwise I am very happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend it.

I placed my first order with PetFlow on the recommendation of my friend who's ordered from them for years. When my order arrived, unfortunately the bag of dog food was torn open. I called to let them know and they apologized and immediately sent me a replacement bag which I received the next day! Also, the friend who recommended me was being told she couldn't receive credit for her recommendation. When I told customer service they immediately rectified the situation and contacted her to apologize, as well as send her a check. I was overall very pleased and will continue to order from them.

We do like and would rate them as five star if the packing was a little better. The boxes we receive monthly that are delivered half open most every time.

i tried petflow with a groupon and the order arrived i think the next day - amazing! the box arrived mended with packing tape - then again it was carrying something like 20 lb of cat litter and several 24-packs of cat food. really fast shipping though and i feel good about the company!

I do not understand why the street address that I typed into the order form did not come through for my order. However, it was easily rectified by your "help" department.

Most of my order arrived very quickly. I did log in and check and the rest should be arriving soon according to shipping. This was my first order at petflow so I'd have to say that so far I am please with what I got.

I recommend petflow service is good the website is user friendly for all and delivery of orders is very timely.
