PetflowReviews of petflow.com

recently, i purchased a Groupon for $30 off pet food and litter from PetFlow for my cat. after applying the Groupon for my order (1 package of 24 cans of Pro Plan Trout and Pasta- his favorite flavor- and a 14 pound box of Arm and Hammer cat litter), my total came to around $6.50...that's fantastic! the shipping was incredibly fast and i received my purchase mere days after placing my order. my only complaint was that the flap to the cat litter opened up sometime during transit and spilled a little inside the shipping box. fortunately, the cans of food were closed and protected by plastic covering. but it would have been better if the litter box was wrapped up or taped up. other than that, i would certainly order from PetFlow again and my cat was very happy with the presents his "mommy" got for him!

This website is easy to navigate and they have some great sales. I just wish I could get free shipping. I make a small order that ends up bigger with the shipping fees.

This is my first order & was pretty straight forward. I really can't comment further.

Im a first time user of petflow.com I found the website easy to manage. I placed my order and had it shipped out quickly.

I have been a customer for over a year now. I like the service you provide. However, about 6 weeks ago I came across another pet food supply service called Mrchewy. They offer the same brand and type of dog food that I get from you but for less. I contacted Petflow and they were willing to price match but only if I went through the process of sending emails and proving the price each month. I find that inconvenient to have to do. Even if I paid more throughout the year and got the price match at the end I would stay, but as it is, I am no longer willing to do the monthly dance. I am going to go with Mrchewy.

this is the first time, that we have food = pet food delivered to the house; it does work well - low delivery costs do help, when you have 4 pets, all seniors and all rescues! Thank you PetFlow! U Ringle

i think they have good prices and fast delivery. i received my merchandise within the week

I like the idea of pet food delivery--convenient and never find yourself out of dog food. However, it's not convenient when I have to pick up the food from FedEx, because the package requires a signature. I would hope that could be fixed ASAP.
