I would give you and excellent except for the difficulty in searching products on the website. When you want Science Diet dry cat food, you have to scroll thru dog food and other products which is time consuming especially for those of us who are in the country on satellite service. Otherwise, the service on the help line, (your guys in New York) is fabulous.

The last shipment arrived only a day after they notified me it was coming. But the shipping box had split and the bag inside had torn open. It took me about 1/2 hour to scoop up the dog food. Since they were shipping a 37.5 lb. bag of feed plus a dozen cans of dog food they should have used a heavier duty corrugated cardboard box.

They have great prices and speedy shipping. The only con is that they didn't have a big brand that is common for my bigger dogs ..and I really hate shopping at Walmart for it! If they start to stock that, then I'm set and they would receive a full 5 flawless stars. :)

I was really impressed with the speed on my delivery but I wish I could've tracked my order from the time it was shipped from your warehouse until the time it was delivered or at least had got an email when it was being shipped so I could keep an eye our for my package being as I live in an area where people have been stealing mail and packages off the porches... Other than that I was happy with your company...

My dog loves the cranberry bisquits.

The only issue I have had that keeps it from a 5 star rating is that I wish I could auto-refill pet meds as well as food. But it was nice to just make a one-time dog food order and then never have to think about it again! Great selection, very easy.

Great service, so nice to not have to lug pet food to the house.
