I think this is a great service for us pet owners but I am peeved that I have 2 Groupons waiting to be used and I can't use them because I have already used 1. So, now I have to be inconvenienced by asking my parents to place an order so I can get the discount on my dog's food. I am considering dropping the service after I use them. This has sort of turned me off.

The only problem is shipping is too long. I know it was free shipping but really too long of a wait. Us postal would have had it here in 4 days max.

We ordered our petfood through PetFlow... pretty impressed.. It was cheaper than normal pricing and since we had to get cat and dog food, it had free shipping! We would def order from them again but would wait for another coupon. That made it worth it.

I ordered cups from Petflow, and they came broken to pieces! When I contacted them, initially, they wanted me to send pictures of what they looked like when I opened the box. Then a few days later I got an e-mail, letting me know they were shipping replacements (properly packed, now and in the future). Received them a week later, undamaged. They do try to do the right thing. (by the way, I never did figure out how to send the pictures)

I've been using Petflow for about 2 years now. My dogs are now in their senior years and needed to change their diet. Petflow offers so many brands to choose from that when my vet suggested some new brands to try, Petflow had every one. I'm happy to report that my 2 labs are doing much better on their new diet.

This product is great it allows me to see my dog in the dark areas of our yard and it also will let other people see her better in the dark to reduce any chances of an accident. Love the product and this website is great....Thanks again Petflow

I was sent tracking information that said the package would deliver one day but it actually didn't deliver until two days later. Other than that, I enjoyed the service and convenience.
