I am satisfied with the service however one of the products I ordered was a 15' cotton lead and my dog chewed through it in less than 5 minutes.

Order was processed quickly, shipping was on time. Problem was that about 1/4 of the cans had dents. If I was buying off the shelf I would not pick cans with dents, packers should not be shipping them.

It amazes me that a product that originates in NJ and must be delivered in NY must make a journey through Virginia and Missouri and Illinois before it arrives at its final destination!!!Thought the shortest distance between two points was a straight line!! The logistics defies reason. Someone is definitely loosing money on shipping not to mention time in transport!!

Canned dogfood that was ordered was sent from another warehouse and has been stuck in transit for a long time. I find this unacceptable when other competitors can get orders to customers in a much more expedient manner.

The reason for 3 stars is mostly due to the condition of my products after delivery. On several occasions the bag of dog food was ripped open. There were also a few out of stock issues. For the most part my automatic deliveries always came on time.

First time using PetFlow. Ordering was easy and went smoothly. Our dog requires a prescription from our vet to purchase dog food. PetFlow was able to quickly get the Rx from our vet and kept us informed throughout the process. That being said, it has now been 11 days and still no dog food. I inquired about how much longer a few days ago. I was told our order had been approved for shipping but they had received a lot of orders and had delays with their supply chain. They said I would get a tracking number when it shipped. Still no tracking number or dog food. Hopefully soon.

Was suppose to arrive the 9th. Still waiting! It’s been a week!
