This is the first time my dog is eating California natural, so far he is tolerating it well, someone recommended it to me, I hope I will keep this food from now on.

The box our cat food was packaged in was flimsy, and not labeled to avoid opening with a utility knife.

I am overall happy with the service pricing is compatible with my local pet store. Only issue i have had is with FedEx.

It was easy to locate info on site, and place order. Order was received quickly, although box was in bad shape, food bags were still intact.

It was easy to do business with PetFlow but the products I ordered quit working after one day. They were less than .50 a piece so I can complain too much other than I really hoped they would have lasted longer. It does not appear the batteries can be changed either. I ordered the LED clip on lights for my dog's leashes.

I thought the website was easy to use. I did not like the fact that you cannot use more than one coupon on an order. Shipping took 6 days. Great description on products. Received what I ordered.

My first order from Petflow was handled very well. Thought I had some trouble trying to find a particular product (didn't find it though I thought 'Dr. Jon' had recommended this indestructable dog toy) I was able to find and order products I had the correct name for with no problem.

Great food my dog loves it!! Total ordering to delivery experience was painless.
