I finally got my "Elliot" a Thunder Shirt, he is so terrified at the first sounds of thunder. On The fourth of July I thought for sure he was going to stroke out on me. Well since I got this shirt, which only took a few days, we have had three to four storms and each one I followed the directions and put his new shirt on him and he still went behind the couch but he seemed alot calmer. Each time he has gotten better and he really likes to wear it! Hopfully he will soon stop going behind the couch at all.

I wish Petflow carried more products, but it's been an easy and expeditous way to order my pet's special food and not have to get it at the vet's office. It's easy to find items on the website and the products are delivered quickly to my door.

Unfortunately, I requested the ship to address to go to another address and it came to me!! That did not make me happy!

I followed the tracking for the product and it was delivered as promised. I am really pleased with the t-shirts.

Izzy's Thunder Shirt looks like a winner so far! Izzy is a rescue dog with deep anxiety issues that are from previous abuse in her former home. She seems relaxed and content when we use this. Great product so far but we haven't had this for very long. I'll know more as we continue to use it with her.

I do love the convenience of Petflow -- ordering my pets' food and other treats on-line takes one more thing off my long list of things to get done on my way home from work. But what would really take it up several notches for me is if Petflow would make variety cases of brands of canned foods. I order the Merrick cans for my two dogs -- and I also have the autoship -- but each month I will go on and adjust my order so that I can offer my pets some variety. It would be great if Petflow could make a case of variety Merrick flavors. Just like the other members of my family, I know my two little dogs enjoy different tastes. I do recommend Petflow to others -- but if this idea could be implemented -- I would truly be able to give you guys 5 stars!

It was cheaper than buying at the vets, but i thought i would of gotten them quicker than i did in the mail.

Decided to give this site in order to avoid taking a trip to lug around big 30lb bags of dog food. They were very quick to ship and I received my order within a couple days (I feel a little sorry for the delivery guy with my 2 30lb bags in one box). The ability to set up a schedule is very nice once you figure out what works for you, but you need to stay on top of what you have set. I got a notification on my initial delivery for the schedule that was setup when I ordered for the first time, but I had to change it since I guesstimated a bit early. Then the new dates I set did not give me a reminder ahead of time and it just shipped without giving me a chance to alter the schedule. Thus, I got charged since the only notification I got was that it was shipped and I didn't necessarily want to pay that price for the food. So just be mindful of any schedule you may set. No issues with anything else, so I'd still recommend the site as long as the price works for you.
