Petflow.com delivered the food my dogs normally eat at a lower price than what I would pay at my local pet store. I was amazed at the speed of the shipment and how easy the transaction was! Thanks petflow!!

Just got off the phone w/ cust. service & they are refunding my S&H!!! Also said that they're in process of not renewing their contract with FEDEX and are considering shipping ALL their products by USPS because of better service. I must not have been the first customer to have had this problem and I'm glad that PetFlow.com is @least willing to go with the better service of the USPS!! (supporting their country in an area that helped make it great, yippie way to go)@

Petflow has fulfilled my every need in ordering my dogs' food online - free shipping, good prices, and very responsive if I need food quickly. Only had one boo-boo where a bag of food was left out of the order but they quickly credited my account although I would have rather had the food shipped expedited - only reason not giving 5 stars. I will continue my account with Petflow.

seemed to me, it took a long time in shipping(a week). I only thought it to take long for a Fedex shipped item, then to find Fedex item was shipped for delivery to our USPS post office, why not just ship it thru the USPS in the 1st place? Just thought it odd.

I would've liked a better picture of the item, but the items came as described and packaged well.

the service is great but one minor request is to have the website categorized by food type, cat food, dog food, toys, treats, etc.

i've purchased a few things for my dogs, and they deliver quick with some nice products.
