The product itself, a nice clip light that attaches to a dog collar, seems of good quality and works as advertised. I order a lot of things online and usually, when I pay a shipping charge as proportionately high as this one, my items arrive in less than eight days. Fortunately I wasn't in a hurry. Also, one of the lights was on when it arrived. I hope it doesn't take away too much from how long it will last before needing new batteries.

I would be happy to rate PetFlow.com, but with 4 dogs, I buy from a lot of suppliers, and I am not sure what I may have bought from PetFlow. Send me an email with the purchase info and I will rate them accordingly. Thanks

It took a long time to come from JK to NY.

Fast, Fast, Simple--- thank you. I would like to add however that it took repeated mouse clicking to not get on your monthly repeat shipping program... It would not let me say no, gracefully (at this point, the first trial shippment for me). Now that I see what you are made of, I will be getting on your recurring shipment program with my next order...:)

Love the shirt sizes run big so if you take a 3 x you might want to rethink it and get it 2 x

Hi PetFlow, I loved the free shipping but I ran out of food while waiting for the shipment. The problem is, the nearest store that carries Acana is 30 miles away. Its not a brand that is in all pet food stores in Kentucky. But its a great food. This was my first shipment with PetFlow. But I can only afford a once a month shipment sadly.

I loved the prices on PetFlow. Everything was so cheap that it meant I had to order a lot to get over $49 for free shipping. That would be fine if I had a big dog, but I have two cats. Simply put, I wish the requirements to receive free shipping were smaller. Everything else about the site was great.

The only issue for me is the fact that if the pet food weighs more than 35-lb, they charge shipping.
