The prices are great and delivery was really quick. I am planning on using their services again.

I ordered several cases of dog food all of which should have been 13 -14oz cans. One case was delivered in 5.5oz cans. Customer Service was very nice and told me they would send the correct order out and I could donate the case I received. (The Humane Society was extremely grateful!). My new case came, (very quickly) but unfortunately it was the same as the previous one. Customer service told me it was a scanning issue and refunded me the difference between the two cases. There was an error in my order but everyone I spoke to was pleasant & did their best to correct it.

The site was very good and I am happy to use petflow again. I did not like that any coupon I tried to use was only available for first time customers. This made me feel like they do not value loyal customers.

They have the products I use and they are reasonable prices. Love the easy shipping and speed of delivery.

My purchase arrived in a timely manner and my puppy LOVES it. I will be ordering again when she is older and switches to adult food. A little pricey but by all the research I've done. the best thing to be feeding her.

Only half our order arrived, but PetFlow did immediately correct the mistake with a second FedEx order containing 30 lbs. of dog food. Unfortunately the delay resulted in us having to go out and buy another bag of dog food at the local pet store to hold our dog over.

I would have given you a 5 star rating except for the fact my total sale was taken out of my account not once but twice...seems to be a new holding fee system. Not good when it affects the person's checking account.
