Getting my dachshund's special dachshund food delivered is super. Saving gas and time and not having to lift big bags of food every few weeks is just great.

My product arrived in good condition. It was a little slower than I had anticipated. The dog treata arrived in good shape, were not crushed or broken. Your salesperson tried to get me to sign up for auto ship, and the way that he worded the call was a little sneaky, tried to use the addage that do you care about your pet, so you don't want to run out of food. I do appreciate the convience of delivery to my door, but your prices are not really any cheaper than if I shopped my local Pets-supermarket. I think you shoul look at your prices real hard, I feel that they are too high. Thank You. R.B.

Product was not harmed but the package was destroyed enroute. I was surprised it didn't fall out.

I was impressed with the price of such a quality food, and shipping was reasonable and ridiculously fast. I tried the food on the recommendation of a friend. I have a cat who tends to have a dry colon and occasionally needs an enema from the vet. The vet gave me a very expensive food, which worked well. It is still too early to tell if this food will be as successful. Fingers crossed.

In the bag of bully stick were braided ones also. 4 in total. However those hurt out babies mouths. Overall the 2 babies loved the bully sticks, cost was great.

Prices are great as is product selection. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that delivery was a little slower than some pet supplies companies, but still within reason.

I am very sastisfied having my dog food delivered to my door, especially when the online price costs less than the cheapest local pet store. I am able to order enough food for each delivery to waive the shipping and handling fees. I also enjoy having other products available, such as grooming supplies, health supplements, treats, and toys. PetFlow is the first pet food delivery service I have ever used. I am happy to know that such a program exists! Unfortunately, I now use another company, PetBest, as they are slightly less expensive.
