I love the fact that these are made to keep our pets safe. Just wish both my products would've worked.

I love the convenience of having petflow deliver directly to me however I have a few problems. When I first started getting 3 cases of wet cat food, they came in one box. Now the shipment is divided into 2 boxes each with 2 smaller boxes inside. One of the smaller boxes is empty just to fill the space. There was no problem with my original shipments of 3 flats in one box. There was very little waste. I'll be reducing the size of my order to not waste so much cardboard on extra packing. My other problem is that they frequently claim the product is out of stock or say they don't carry it anymore. Then boxes will show up at my door with no notice. It's very hard to regulate my order when I'm told it's not available and therefore can't make any changes to the order.

Good product for a fair price. Shipping was a little long.

I ordered 3 blue safety clip on lights and 1 white. I received 4 blue lights which are less money. It's too much of a hassle to send back, so I just kept them. The blue lights work well when I let my dog out early in the Morning.

We like the dog food & snacks coming straight to the house on a regular basis, however we were able to fine better prices locally. Therefore we have changed to local purchasing. My dogs loved the Cadet Grain Free Salmon treats that Pet Flow offered as a sample for 29 cents. However the Bully Stick and Grain Free Dog Food samples were not a success. .

All went so well. Will have to wait for pricing to improve and if course Free Shipping. I am a huge auto ship person, but pricing still has to make sense. Keep me posted please on offers and I willbe sure to order. I can order 2 large bags at once if necessary.

Overall, I'm happy. But the time between order placement and fulfillment before shipping took a little longer than I would have expected

Ordering was easy and the price was great. The only thing that could be improved upon is the shipping time. Once the order is placed you receive a FedEx tracking number; however it was days before FedEx received the package for delivery. Total shipping time from order to delivery was about a week - that isn't too bad, but when you think it is 2 day delivery it can cause issues.
