Offered free shipping on my items, but it would be great if they could offer free shipping on the recurring deliveries.

Great idea to have recurring orders. I have a house full of pets and will always need supplies. How wonderful it is to have most of them arrive on my doorstep. My only "con" at the moment is that my order was sent over a week early and I wasn't expecting it to arrive when it did--so it was rain-soaked for at least a day...bummer. The prices aren't discount, but the convenience makes up for it :)

Easy to use. Order tracking in great and my order arrived to Buffalo, NY super fast!

My first order with PetFlow included my pets favorite snacks. The problem with the shipping was the bone treats are not protected from being crushed and breaking the bones that were packaged in a bag rather than a box. I can use the broken ones for training reinforcement but, would offer a suggestion in packing for shipment. The smaller bags that are packaged with a large bag of food would ship better and reduce breakage if placed in a separate small box for shipping within the larger box. The convenience of your shipment fits my needs well. I am an older woman with 2 large dogs, so purchasing large bags and getting them into the house is an issue. Also, my local pet store is not reliable in having the food I purchase in stock. Purchase at your site is a bit more expensive, but it's worth it if my dogs can consistently get the same food. I am very happy with the service at PetFlow. It is so nice to have my cats' food delivered right to the house every month, AND it's cheaper than the pet store. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that I had some problems with my first few shipments (items were missing). I was able to email customer support at PetFlow.com and had the situation remedied immediately. The missing items were shipped out that day. So, despite a few mishaps at first, I have been very happy with PetFlow and would recommend it to anyone!

I love everything about petflow, how easy it is to use, how consistent they are with delivery dates and times, and how it comes straight to my door. Plus they have a wide selection of brands. The only thing I dislike about petflow that made me drop my stars from 5 to 4, is they increased the price of my dog food (same brand same size bag) after a few deliveries for no reason and without notice. All in all I will continue to use them and refer my frienda to them as long as they don't increasing the price on me.

I got several magnets with different sayings on them, but by the time I got them, there were too many of one and not enough of the other. I just shared them with friends and re-ordered the ones I wanted. They are so cute on my tailgate and now everyone who sees me knows I love my dogs and granddog!

I hate to say this, but, I haven't tried the food yet. Because of pricing, though, I'm happy to try it. It will make great treats, and I can mix it with my dog's food. I'd say, worth trying.
