I really liked the simplicity of shopping for pet food and treats on petflow.com

PetFlow has done a wonderful job giving customers a large selection of brands to choose from, and deliveries have always been fast and accurate. The only reason I rate them 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wish the prices were a touch lower coming from an Internet site.

I like that the pet items are delivered to my home which is convenient for me and since I get 50 lbs of dog food easier for me to handle as it is brought to the house. Needs to be easier tochange your order or to order an item one time.

I bought k9 advantix for two dogs and two cats. the ordering and delivery process was quick and without issues.

I love Petflow! I'm disabled and have a hard time getting out and going to several different stores to purchase petfood and treats. The only thing I would say is that they have discontinued carrying some of the pet foods I use which sort of defeats the purpose of using Petflow. Even though I've been loyal to Petflow I will have to use another online site to purchase these discontinued items!

The shipping on my one item dog bisquit purchase took what I thought was a very long time - 7 days - with no explanation My niece ordered something from Petflow a few days after I placed my order and her cat food was delivered in 2 days - before my order was ever delivered.

I ordered dog food in a large size. I called to check where my order was, and was informed they were out of the size I ordered, but they offered 2 smaller bags (equalling the same weight) for the same price. I find them to be the best pet site I've used so far- and I have 7 dogs and 4 birds!

But I am wondering why the cans are in bad shape , when they arrives The Handling is very good , the packaging is very good, but 5 to 6 cans , look like they come from a war zone Not in perfect shape as a can should be I want it you to know tha Thanks Bernard P Dabrowski 93023
