This is the only place we could find the food our veterinarian recommends for our cat and they sell it for MUCH less! I love that you can set it up as a recurring shipment, but had trouble figuring out how to change the scheduled orders. Our cat needs wet food ordered more frequently than the dry food and therefore we don't need each item ordered every time. I would have given 5 stars if that was easier to do. But still a great site that we will use again in the future!

I use Petflow because the only store in my neighborhood that carries Wellness brand is an hour drive for me. They are wonderful in terms of customer service, ease of use, shipping speed and pricing. The only problem I have ever had is with items being damaged or dented during shipping. I've had boxes arrive leaking cat litter and the aluminum food cans in the cases are always dented, I assume during shipping. I would still recommend using their service, as it's very convenient!

The pet store stopped selling the dog food and I didn't want to switch. I found the dog food for a great price with free shipping.

I was pleased with the speed which my dog's flea medication arrived but a little disappointed at how it was packaged. The box was all smushed up.

I bought my wife a Beagle shirt for our anniversary and she loves it! Quick service, fair prices.

I went online found exactly what I needed and going to the checkout was so simple to do.

I like the service and convenience. I just wish they still carried the fresh step litter, and had better prices on kitty treats.

I have been purchasing cat food on line for a few years and when petflow began their services, I did some comparison shopping and found the cost of their products to be very comparable to other companies as well as local pet stores. The free shipping tips the scale in their favor and makes petflow a real bargain. thank you for this option.
