Cannot get vet prescription.

It was difficult to communicate with them. They never responded to email but did respond promptly to text message. I was twice promised my order had shipped when in fact it hadn't. They ultimately informed me via text message that the item I ordered was unavailable. This was very disappointing as they were among only a few suppliers that carried the brand and type. I have since found that PetCo carries the item and will order from them going forward.

I completed an order online over week ago because their website said a product was in stock. For days, the order was pending. I then received an email the product was out of stock and that the order was canceled. Later that day I received another email the product was in stock but my payment needed to be updated to be processed. I called customer service and updated my payment on file. My card has been charged but once again the order is pending. I’ve called customer service 5 times since I started the order process. I was told they are waiting on confirmation from the warehouse to see if the product is in stock. Pet flow has been very disorganized with this process and the order has taken much longer than necessary. The only reason I am giving two stars is because their customer service phone reps have been so kind in the process.

I am still waiting for my elderly dogs food that I ordered a week ago. She is now out of food! It is a veterinarian prescription diet food so I just cannot run to my local PetSmart! I have a few cans of food of a brand she doesn’t like so I’m hoping I can get by until it shows up. I’m very unhappy with the situation as my 14 year old dog who also has health conditions. Not a great situation.

After placing my order I received an email letting me know that the order was being shipped from a different warehouse on the other side of the country and my order would take several days longer than usual to reach me. It would be extremely helpful if you would let me know something like this BEFORE my order is complete! Since I ran out of food before my order arrived due to the extended wait I had to go to the local feed store to purchase food in the interim. That being the case I would have simply purchased ALL the food elsewhere instead of tying up my funds and running out, Also, I really object to all of the crap marketing materials you put in the boxes my orders come in. What a waste and a real annoyance.

I have contacted customer service via email over 3 days ago and have not heard back from them.

I ordered 2 of Virbac tick collar here for the first time, but they shipped expired products to me. Called their CS and got a refund as it was sold out. One thing to compliment is Calling their CS was easy, short wait time, hope they could do the same with their email response time though.

Order not fulfilled and took a long time to let me know it was cancelled
