Seems limited selection of dry dog food for medium to large dogs. Lots of small dog options. I guess there are more small dogs?

PetFlow is really a great service. We have a large dog who we feed Orejen (one those expensive pet food brands). Before PetFlow I had to run out and lug home a 35 lb. bag of food every few weeks. IF the one or two chains who carried it had it in stock and if they had the variety we use. Now it comes to my door for exactly the same price as I paid at the store. And I have it on automatic delivery. It has taken a few months to figure out exactly what that delivery schedule should look like but it is very easy to delay delivery if I still have enough food or to get it quickly if we need it within the week (we usually receive it within two days of when it ships). Love this service. Now if my brand of food was also at a discount I would give them 5 stars.

I have ordered the animal print shirts which are awesome. I did recently order a collar and led tag and received the wrong size but I am sure they will rectify the problem. It is a little difficult to squeeze a 60lb lab's neck in a small collar. But I have been pleased with the products and service of PetFlow.

The service and delivery were great. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends.

In general, I am pleased with the service I've had - prices are comparable to other similar sites, product selection is great, and it's very user friendly to set up or change shipments. My only complaint has been with the packing and shipping department. I have had several orders now that have been poorly packed (and therefore damaged in transit) or incomplete or incorrect. The shipping also seems to take a lot longer than it does from Mr. Chewy, another site I've used for this purpose. The good part is that customer service is excellent and does remedy the errors promptly. Overall, great service but some room for improvement!

I just purchased the LED clip on safety lights, and the yellow LED harness. The lights are great! The harness, waaay too small, no instructions with how it's supposed to fit, and it's not like any of the other harnesses we have. I've decided to keep it though, since for the price, the hardware and the LEDs would cost me more to cobble together separately, so I've ordered yellow nylon to match and will alter it to fit my merely 21 week old puppy. He still was way too big for the largest size.

I feed my pets, plus I foster kittens for a local shelter. Having plenty of high quality food on hand is important for me. The price per can of my favorite cat food is competitive with the local pet food store. A great way to save time & energy without spending more money!

The service is just what it purports to be. You order, and the pet food comes to your door. Changes are easy to make on line. I've chatted live several times and have been satisfied each time. I feel confident that there are no scams or tricks with this service. You can change your orders and cancel them without a hassle. No problems. Payment method is automatic and also can be easily changed or updated any time. Good email notices of upcoming shipments.
