I ordered on Friday and my order was on my porch Saturday. Now that is service. I wish there was more variety to the Basics brand but other than that, it's a great buy.

Love your service. I've used it over the years and have been happy with the speed and quality. My only complaint is the web site. I seem to need to call to make sure my orders are right. I cant seem to cancel an order without cancelling each future order individually. I got duplicate deliveries. One was a year old order delivered to my old house. Arrgh. I recommend you to my friends, once has even signed up. But I wish you I didnt have to call (although the phone service is excellent)

I placed an order for a 45 lb bag of food, and was quite happy to see the fed ex truck the next day! unfortunately, when my order came in, it only contained 2 - 18 lbs of food. I emailed the customer support and they told me that they will ship out the remainder of the food immediately. After couple days, I got another box, to my surprise, it contained a 45 lb bag! so I ended up getting more food that I paid for, but perhaps, they just wanted to rectify their actions for messing up my order in the first place. So overall, great customer service, fast shipping, Only downside is that prices are higher then some other online retailers.

Prompt service, great price, but why are so many of my cans of dog food dented?

I can always count on my deliveries when expected. If I didn't like PetFlow I wouldn't use it. However, if I could change 3 things about thier services it would be 1.) Website navigation, It could be more user friendly in navigating through products & checking/changing orders. 2) Selection, although they have quit a variety it seems like whatever I am looking for is never there. 3.) Price, a bit above local store - ALMOST not worth the extra for delivery.

This is a nice service. I don't need to do the loading and unloading AND they are a few dollars cheaper than the local store. I had a small problem navigating their online adjustment to my monthly order, but I think I've got it figured out. So far, I haven't had any issues. I think I could have called them also to make any adjustments.

I thought the service was excellent and the price was great too. My only issue would be that it wasn't clear to me when I ordered that I would only receive the $10 discount if I signed up to re-shipping at that point. As I'm a new customer with 2 geriatric dogs, I don't know when I'll need to re-order and was disappointed when I got to check out and saw that the discount hadn't been applied. Perhaps it should be made clearer at the start.

I live in a town where there is no leash law. When my dogs go out for their last time of the night before bed, I now turn on their bright blue collar lights and I can see them far, far away. That makes me feel that they are safe and I feel a lot better.
