My cat didn't like your brand of food. Sorry but she is finnicky.

The selection is great, the service is great, the pricing is good. But I feel that customers who lock-in to scheduled deliveries should have the benefit of a discount also. A lot of us are on fixed incomes and could use it.

I found petflow through a fellow feline breeder. I was amazed at how quickly I received my cat food, even on a Saturday!!! I REALLY wish they had a breeders program, where us breeders who use a LOT of food, could get a discount on the quantity we have to buy. Great customer service! Love not having to lug bags from the store!

We get prior notice of shipment so we can delay a week if necessary. Once shipped, the pet food arrives timely. One concern is that the 45lb boxes are usually cracked and the packing tape is damaged. It looks like the shipping boxes could be heavier and/or reinforced or sealed better. That said, there is never any damage to the actual contents of the box. Overall very satisfied with recurring deliveries.

Nice experience with this company, only concern was their couponing had tricky wording to the advantage of the company, not the customer.

So when you go to the pet store yo always end up picking up that cute toy or something that is on sale (because you are saving $$). Well you really save $$ by having it delivered, you save on time, gas, and most of all impuse buying.

Wow! Great dog food, my dogs just love it. The only problem I can see is that the canned dog food is supposed to be with gravy and there is no gravy. Delivery is exceptionally fast.
