The product quality was great and the value exceptional. I also had a coupon that wasn't applied but their customer service got right on it and fixed everything. Only problem I had was shipping. When the products got here the 50 lb. bag of puppy food was split into two parts. There was pet food everywhere in the box. Had to get extra containers to store it all. Probably wasn't PetFlow's fault but they should have a talk with their carrier. Will order again and see what happens.

You need to ensure your shiiping details are updated when they are placed in there for customers to have reliable information on when to expect their orders.

PetFlow is convenient--delivering heavy bags of food to your frontdoor. Prices beat the two stores that offer the same brand by at least $30 for the larger bag. The food is fresh, too. The only difficulty is if you reschedule a delivery, you do not get a notification about when it's about to be shipped--you will get the shipment; there's no changing it. So, at first, getting the timing worked out can be a challenge. So, mark your calendar so when you set up delivery you better know your needed schedule.

This pet safety light is better and brighter than another I used. It makes my life easier since I can't go out in a drak yard to find my pet while using a cane.

The price can't be beat, but the future commitment to automatic purchases; voids the additional savings. Nice folks in customer service and a reasonable expense for free shipping warrants 5 stars; however the dictates of the obligation subtracts one.

For someone that is 98% right brain, the fine print is not always noticed. Therefore, ordering was fine, delivery was fine and product was fine. All fine, including the tiny fine print on the bottom of the special offer that said, offer only good with....etc. etc. etc.

I was looking for a Great Life pet food formulated for allergy-prone dogs and was having a hard time finding it at local shops, I found it on PetFlow.com and had it delivered to my doorstep within two days, it was great! I bought two 25 lb bags so the box was heavy and damaged when it was delivered, the contents were fine though, but that's the only reason why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5. Other than that, I was very happy with the service and will be ordering my frood from PetFlow again without a doubt.

I love the products and service. But my last shipment arrived with 2 cans that had opened, spilling their contents. Other cans in the shipment were bent and banged probably from rough handling in shipment. Perhaps a little more padding in the boxes would help prevent this in the future?
