i ordered lites for my cats collars they are ok.

I was impressed with the quality of the merchandise. I was even more impressed with the customer service that PetFlow displayed with rapid and friendly response to my email queries. A good organization to do business with.

Prompt service, easy to reorder or postpone orders, easy to schedule recurring deliveries. Only 4 stars because both times I have ordered litter, the package has leaked and litter was everywhere.

No one in Spokane Washington Carries the dog food I feed to my dog. I've been lucky enough to find a pretty store that will order it for me. The problem is that I have to remember to order on a Thursday. Sometimes that's hard for me. I accidentally found this website, although I like to support a locally owned business, they can't match the price and Petflow will have it delivered to my door. Petflow also has an automatic ordering which I'm sure I will have to play with to get to where the food comes at the right time. Thank you Petflow.

Pros: convenient. Decent free shipping offers. Decent selection. Good customer service. Cons: Recent price hikes are discouraging. Pressure to sign up for auto shipments is obnoxious. Sometimes products are not available (tho selection has improved somewhat).

Love the selection. Good prices. Deliver is amazingly fast...next day in LA for basic delivery. Only suggestion is simpler pricing...fewer special offers and lower everyday prices or free shipping.

The delivery was fast and the quality good. Only complaint was ther can food date had an expiration of less than five weeks from delivery date...
