Orders a prescription dog food. Website said it was in stock. Did not hear from pet flow for 4 days claiming they could not reach my vet. Called my vet who said they did not receive any communication. My vet called pet flow and verified prescription. Texted with let glue regarding shipment. Said they were waiting on royal canin. 3 days later pet flow sends email canceling my order. Would have given 1 star but gave 2 only because of the promp response from customer service on the text line.

Initial price was very good. Unfortunately as soon as my order of rx food arrived my poor old kitty took a turn for the worse and may need to be put to sleep:( He won't touch this food now. 1: found out they won't take back (chewy will no questions asked. They are amazing) and 2: when i tried to cancel my autoship it WONT let you..you need to call them. Feck you for that when i have all this other stuff happening with him right now. And then 3: when i called amd they ask why you want to cancel, i tell them my cat is very ill and may need to be put down..she says oh ok I'll put that in. WOW thanks for your compassion!! CHEWY.com for life! They have compassion and great deals (only ahopped here because chewy was out of stock on what i needed temporarily)

I signed up for auto ship of prescription food. After a few days I got a notice that PetFlow was waiting on my vet. I contacted my vet and they told me they approved the prescription. Almost 2 weeks later PetFlow still hadn't shipped my order. I ended up having to go to the store in person and get my prescription food. I then cancelled my order and my auto ship with PetFlow.

I placed an order for an item which showed on pet flows website as I stock and ready to ship on xx date ( date ready for shipment was three days from the day I ordered). I followed up after three days and was told by one person that my order was being prepped for shipment. I was very eager because the food I had ordered for my dog has been out of stock for weeks and I was running low on food. The next day when I did not see a shipment email I reached out to another service representative who apologized and said that the item I was ordering would be filled by the manufacturer and would not be available until the manufacturer had more stock at a date which was unknown. Later my order was cancelled. I understand there have been shortages with certain veterinary foods however, why show an item as in stock and ready to ship in three days when it is not. It’s very frustrating to think you have food coming and then have to scramble. Difficult to change a dog who is on prescription food’s diet. I only gave two stars because service reps were available and polite.

The joint support chews I ordered were reasonably priced and came quickly, but they seemed dry and crumbly. I checked the expiration date and they expired on 08/2020. I received the order in March of 2021. They are probably OK and I am using them, but PetFlow could do better.

I ordered Hill's Rx C/D diet in the 5.5 ounce cans, but I rec'd the 13 ounce cans. I was never contacted by PetFlow that the item I ordered was out of stock to ask if I wanted the different size. I have a 6 pound dog and it would take her days to get through the can, and at that point, the food would be stale and she wouldn't eat it.When I called about the issue, PetFlow rep told me he would have a supervisor call me--never happened. Another rep I spoke with on 3/18 told me my refund would be issued that day--didn't happen. I sent the food back and still waiting on refund. Poor customer service. Will not be ordering again from PetFlow.

Items were not in stock. "Speedy" delivery took almost 2 weeks. Will not order from you again.

It was a hassle to get a vet approval form sent, not sure why, and then when they finally dispatched my order & I was charged, I received an email saying the item was no longer in stock. I responded saying I was charged and got a tracking number and they couldn't access what was sent in the package to me. What? How is that possible? I ended up getting the right product in the end but I don't think I'll be using them again if I don't have to. Very poor communication to their customers.
