I had difficulties using the Petflow web site to order, but the telephone rep. was very helpful. Most important, my order arrived quickly. This Royal Canin cat food is a lifesaver for my dear cat!

I ordered two of the shirts with the shih zu - one for a gift and one for myself. I love it. Have already laundered mine, and it did well. If you have any in another color, I will order it as well. Product and handling of order definitely rate *****.

I have 2 large dogs and one is a picky eater. I like ordering on line because when I go to the pet store they never have enough cans on the shelves . the problems I had with ordering off line is that the web page dose not state that the funds are pulled out of your account the day before shipping date. but the company made good on the over draft charges.

Prices are good, but not good enough to offset shipping.

I've ordered from Pet Flow several times and have never had any issues with them--good selection of products, good prices. However, I wish they would use someone other than FedEx to ship their packages---I've had issues with FedEx screwing up delivery (i.e. delivering to incorrect address; claiming package was delivered, but it didn't arrive at my house until 3 days later once I complained to FedEx!). Ugh. The hassle with FedEx does give me pause each time I order from Pet Flow: do I want to deal with FedEx screw-ups again?

I had recently found a litter that pleased both my kitties AND me, only to learn that the store I bought it from no longer carried it, and there was no one else in 100 miles that carried it either. I found it on Petflow and they had it delivered to my home within less than a week. Not only that, they had a link that allowed tracking updates that were immediate and easy to use. I never had to wonder where my shipment was or when it would arrive. Our home has returned to its happy, serene existence!

I really love shopping on PetFlow. I live in a small town and this is so easy and convenient. The variety is great, I always order the trials/specials and then donate them to the local animal shelter. This is a great website.

Delivery is extremely SLOW! take 7-9 days to receive shipment are there no other choices for delivery? 10 days by US mail. I could walk to New Jersey from Florida faster.
