I was able to try some excellent products for amazingly low prices. My doggie and two kitties give you a big paws up!!

Very easy to order from the website and it delivered very quickly! I think the flashing necklace lights are very hard to hook and unhook and you have to squeeze then so so so hard to turn them on and off! The leash should have the light flashing through on both sides and it should run pretty much the whole leash length; not just the top part of the leash. The lights are pretty bright which is good and they should keep the pets safe at night!

PetFlow could further improve if they offered shipping via USPS. I am an active duty military officer assigned overseas, where I cannot get the dog food I like. Additionally, of the dog food that is available on the local economy, it is extremely expensive (roughly $45 for a 5 lb. bag and $125 for a 25 lb. bag). However, PetFlow will not ship to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses because they do not offer USPS as a shipping option. I understand that USPS is probably more expensive, but I would waive the free shipping (usually offered for orders over $49) and gladly pay for shipping myself, just to be able to use their service. As it is now, I fortunately have a workaround offered by the U.S. Government for those stationed overseas, but need something shipped via UPS, FedEx, etc. That option, however, delays packages considerably. My last shipment of dog food took more than 6 weeks to arrive. Additionally, the timetable for this workaround is not always the same, leaving me guessing each time. This means I usually wind up having to buy food on the local economy while I wait for my PetFlow order. The extra money spent is one thing, but what's even worse is that I keep changing my dog's food, which is not good for his health.

I love how fast I receved my first & second order I am relived that my pups will not run out of there brand of food ever again. I hated going to the store 2 or more times just to get dog food because they ran out

I really like pet flow . The prices are good, the shipping service is pretty quick, the selection is great. My only complaint is the coupon policy. I don't like that I get emailed coupons that I can not use because I'm no longer a first time customer. I think it's strange to punish loyal customers and not allow them to use them. And if that is your policy at least don't email me the coupons I can't use.

The leash is great, the tags... I have to keep twisting to make them work: after Lobo runs around or we take a walkand the tag dangles it goes out, I have to twist or turn the blue half orbs to make it work again.

I love having a full selection of dog food and treats available online with free shipping, delivered right to my door instead of running out to a pet supply place. My only reservation is that the box arrived fully open, but I'm guessing that was the fault of the delivery people who probably just threw it down and the box popped open.
