Most of my experience with PetFlow has been positive. There have been a few flukes, Duplicate deliveries - has happened twice. And sometimes it's take a few days longer to get here than other days, but PetFlow is reliable. One more little thing about their website is the ability to edit my deliveries. It could be me, but when I click on edit and edit my deliveries, it doesn't always reflect the change. I've had to do it several times and re-check to make sure the changes took. With those little problems aside - I would and have recommended PetFlow to my friends and relatives. I don't think you can go wrong. The pet food I get is 25 cents less per can, which adds up to a huge savings. I gave this 4 stars - but I would have given them 4 and a half stars if I could.

Petflow.com had the brands that I use plus the convenience of delivery. The website was easy to navigate. Delivery options were minimal; but not having to lug 50lbs. of stuff up stairs canceled out this very minor inconvenience. Will definitely use this service again. Thank you!

I've found all my needs of pet selections on your site. Prices are very good and getting them delivered in a timely manner is a plus. All phone calls made to your company have been answered completely and your customer service has been great. I do find that manipulating on the web site when I want to change my order is a bit confusing but it has gone through without any mistakes at all. Some statements about purchases of items are not entirely clear. All my deliveries have been made as I was told and items found to be in good condition. Your email that came during Hurrican Sandy showed that you are a company of concern for your employees first which is a plus. However, as good as it is, I think the consistency could be improved. It is just TOO soft and sqidgy.

I appreciated getting my products, but it took a long time for them to arrive and then I received one item that had the side dented in. Contents were okay, though. It might have been delayed because of the storm, "Sandy". I will try once more to order...hope they arrive in a little more timely fashion.

I signed up for the auto ship but my cats are finicky (of course) and don't always finish their food by the time the next shipment is scheduled. Petflow often sends an email saying that the upcoming shipment is scheduled, which is great, because then I can postpone it if necessary. But twice they sent the shipment without the prior warning, and in both cases it was a huge inconvenience (three big bags of food, no place to store it in a small apt, etc.) Each time I contacted customer service - once they sent a FedEx pickup slip which came the next day; once they said to mail in the bar codes and donate the food to a shelter. Great response, no question no problem; but it was inconvenient both times so I have cancelled the autoship, which was one of the main reasons I was dealing with Petflow in the first place.

This company is THE best. I now have over a dozen friends using PetFlow and they rave about it as well IF ONLY they would get rid of the unreliable FedEx delivery contract. Delivery is essentially very fast until it falls into the hands (vehicles) of FedEx. PetFlow phone help is absolutely exceptional. They are all just sweethearts; enough so to make their parents very proud for raising such fine individuals. PetFlow's delivery system, using the irresponsible, socially maladjusted, illiterate contractors from Fed Ex is the only thing keeping PetFlow from getting 10 stars in my opinion.

They loved everything. They were a little iffy at first but then they tore it up! They can't wait for their next one!!!!!
