One of my friends recommend PetFlow to me. The site looks professional and ease of using. The product I get is good and the price is not expensive. I will recommend it to my friends.

I have not been able to be confident that the dog food I order will be there each time it is to be shipped. This gets frustrating.

I love that I can set a schedule to order my dog food, treats, etc. It's very convenient and the prices are competitive. However, when I make a change/update to a delivery date or order, I don't receive any sort of confirmation until the order ships... which can sometimes be days. I'd love some sort of automatic notification acknowledging my order update. Outside of that, the site is fantastic and I recommend it to all of my pet-loving friends!

I decided to check out PetFlow.com because my husband clipped a $10 coupon (off $40 purchase). It happens the dog food I was ordering was more than $40...but after the $10 off, it did not qualify for free shipping, so I also ordered cat food and a ball that was on sale. It a little more than a week for the shipment to arrive, but I believe the delay was the result of Hurricane Sandy (understandable). However, the ball was apparently out of stock and there was no packing slip of any kind indicating this -- I had to contact customer service via email to learn the status. Finally, even with $10 off and free shipping, I spent about exactly what I would have at the pet store for the same products -- which means with no special offers, it would have cost more to order from PetFlow.com. I am not obsessive about hunting down internet bargains, but I do expect to get a nice deal on a first order from an e-tailer like PetFlow.com if they want repeat business. A so-so experience from both a service and price perspective.

i liked the prices of the specialty pet stuff but the shipping was more than what the item cost !

I was very happy with my order from PetFlow. Since my cats are on a prescription diet it is very important to me that I not have any issues when it comes to getting their food when it's needed. I used a different online website to purchase their prescription food & they not only had issues and did not ship my order but neglected to let me know. I was left without food and had to scramble to find a local vet that carried it. I switched to PetFlow and received my first order a few weeks ago. So far, so good.
