Shipping was free, BUT it took a week to come. Little slow for 2012. They also make you sign up for repeated item shipping if you want a discount. That's definitely a trap and a drag.

I found out about Petflow from an add on facebook. I love the specials they run, especially the $.99 bullysticks! I recently purchased two of the dog safety lights that were on special, but when they came they didn't work. I don't know how good the customer service is yet, as I am ready to contact them now.

The only complaint I had was that the tracking of shipment didn't show up on my e-mail 'tiil the day before it was delivered. So we weren't sure if the package was received or delivered.

When I changed my auto order on-line they emailed back they were out of my bag size due to a plant fire at Orijen. They had the smaller size bags available, but two of them would be a bit more than one large size bag. I asked if they would ship two smaller size bags at the same price of the large bag . . . No problem! Good way to keep a customer. Be flexible.

Waiting on back order - Worlds best Cat Litter - been more than 10 days now. No updates sent since originally told.

Ordered one size and when I didn't hear from them I followed up to discover that size wasn't available so they substituted a larger size but gave me a discount. It arrived in good order and on time.

I REALLY LIKE PETFLOW. THEY CARRIE THE DOG FOOD I WANT AND IT IS HARD TO FIND! BUT THE CANS ARE ALWAYS BANGED UP AND THIS TIME ONE WAS BUSTED OPEN AND NASTY I HAD TO THROW IT AWAY. I WAS NOT TO HAPPY AT ALMOST 3 DOLLARS A CAN.

Hey, I bought 2 cups 1 cat(for my niece) & 1 dog(for me) for coffee but, wouldn't you know it mine has a leak. I don't really know what to do so, I put a towel under it while using it. They are nice cups just disappointed about mine!
