I had ordered some treats, among them Zukes bones that were out of stock. While I was refunded my money immediately (a big plus) and customer service online chat was excellent; I have to say that if an item is out of stock, then it should be listed as out of stock/on backorder, or something to that effect on the web site. That way, I wouldn't have to pay for something I expected to get only to have it be out of stock. Also, an email informing me that the item is out of stock and the money refunded would've been appreciative. The only other thing is that some brands are not available. For example, my dogs love Wet Noses treats and I was disappointed that they were not available through this web site.

PetFlow's "Spoiled Rotten" November box arrived recently. My Golden Retriever, Henry, loved the treats, particularly the Merrick chews and the liver-flavored lick stick. I haven't tried the dry shampoo or ear cleanse as yet. The two toys included in the box, a small knotted chew and a plush, squeaky skunk, weren't suitable for a large dog but we will happily re-gift them to the Jack Russell next door. Overall I am very happy with the November box, happy to try some new items for Henry, and will continue to receive the monthly boxes.

I absolutely loved that I got my first order so fast! I needed it, because my Chi is preggers, and she NEEDED that extra nutrition from Royal Canin, puppy/mother. I was very happy that she has been able to get her nutrition so quickly! Then I decided to try the dog box for the first time. I realize that there was Thanksgiving and that changes the flow of shipping... However, because of how fast the first shipment was received , I didn't expect Thanksgiving to even be an issue. The tracker says I will receive the box tomorrow. I know you can't control shipping, but I did not read anywhere, that the shipping time (method) was different. Perhaps I didn't read closely enough...or you may not have posted it...I do think it should be very clearly marked, so no one else is disappointed, like me! Those 2 experiences are the only times I have done business with you. Thank you for taking the time to ask, and for reading this! Happy Holidays!

I have really enjoyed having Petflow deliver products to my rural door, saving me long trips into town. They have a very good selection of products, too, and I have recommended them to several friends. Their prices are slightly higher than the stores in town, but with free shipping and no sales tax, it comes out nearly the same as having to spend the gas to go pay tax in the stores. And there is no aggravation! My one dissatisfaction has been with their canned goods. Every single shipment has included bent and dented cans, and in some of them every single can was dented. The problem is in the warehouse, not with FedEx, as the packing material has always arrived in top form. I have commented on the company's website about this and never saw a response to that. I primarily use them now for ordering kibble and toys.

Fast shipping, great customer service, great products. We will be ordering again and referring others as well.

A litle more expensive than buying locally but the service was fast.

I was going to stop using them due to something that showed up damaged, but they very quickly corrected the error. Their prices and customer service will keep me going back!
