I have ordered for years same food for my dog( Fromm Gold). This time petflow shipped wrong food which upset my dogs stomach

I had my dogs food on auto ship and got an email that the food was supposed to ship soon as expected. I never received the food, so went online and changed the shipping date to the next day so i could get it ASAP as my dog was almost out of food. It looked like it stuck and my card was charged. A couple days later, still never received the food. Went back into the site and my next food ship date was a month from now. I contacted support and was told my item was out of stock. I never received notice that it was out of stock and wouldn't be shipped. Now my dog is out of food and he has severe allergies to almost everything. Going back to using chewy as theyre more reliable.

Packages are poorly boxed in light weight cardboard, not shipped like CHEWY products. Some times dog food has been torn and taped up.

first order got the next day. next order took 5 days. not acceptable.had to run to petsmart to get there food since its MIA

Two (2) stars in this case is a reasonable assessment of my experience with PetFlow and third-party pharmacy vendor, VetSource. Yes, I have "the receipts" (i.e.: documentation of all of this). I'll use "they" to refer to both companies. It should be clear which is which at any point. Without going into everything, there is fault on both of their parts. I ordered four (4) boxes of flea/tick and heartworm preventatives for my dogs. They took my money. They eventually communicated with the vet for approvals. I received an email that "Shipment 1 of 1" was on the way and included all four (4) boxes. Two (2) boxes arrived, the others did not. I called to inquire. No one knew anything but would "look into it and let" me know. But nah. Eventually (3-4 calls later from me), there was some communication. I'll say the reps were nice enough - except for one who didn't want to be bothered and asked if he could "answer any more" of my questions when he hadn't yet fully answered what I called to ask - and generally with PetFlow I've had a good experience with food orders in the past few years. But while you might think this falls entirely to VetSource, you'd be wrong. The messages from the PetFlow reps showed that they didn't know which items shipped and which I was waiting for. They said they'd look into it and ship [named items that I'd already recieved] again. I suggested they look more into it before doing that. They did. They also added two credits toward a future order totalling $30. There's more, but I'll leave it there. The remaining two (2) items arrived today. One (1) of the boxes was smashed, but I don't yet know about the contents. We'll see. But I think this star rating is fair given the delays and effort I had to put in.

I have reviewed your shipping practices several times and made recommendations for improvement, but nothing ever changes. This time, you shipped 4 cases of canned dog food (48 cans) and a big bag of kibble in the same large, heavy box, without any safety packing. This damages the cans and makes it impossible for a senior to lift the box to bring it in to the house. I imagine that some shippers who you use to ship them could potentially get a hernia from the heavy lifting. I will not review you again unless you fix your abominable shipping methods for the better. I will have to find a workaround for your crummy systems.

2 bags crammed in box. Dog food is pulverized. Sti can use but it has powder.

The treats I purchased arrived completely broken with the plastic splattered around the box and half the treats gone out of the box
