Petflow is a great idea but would be better if delivered by UPS!!

This was our first order from Petflow. It took a little longer to get here because for some reason the package went to Memphis, TN, then to Mississippi, back to Memphis, and then to our destination in Jackson, TN bypassing us to get to Memphis in the first place. I do not understand why packages sent via UPS are handed off to USPS, that is annoying and takes longer to receive. The item we ordered, the laser for our cats, is really great and the cats love chasing it, and we love watching them. However, after it was ordered, Bed, Bath and Beyond had it for almost the same price. I could have gotten it here faster and used one of their coupons for $5 or 20% off for the same price or less.

Got my dogs' premium kibble and some treats all delivered for less than the kibble alone at a local store. The packing tape on one end of the box had torn through but the contents were fine. Stronger packing tape would be great.

The only thing that was a bummer, was that UPS did not track my order that well , even after my order arrived, UPS tracking showed only the initial step for progress on my order. Don't get me wrong , the order arrived in decent time, but would have liked to monitor it's progress instead of BOOM there it s in my mail box.. This was my first dealing with Pet Flow, and I see myself probably dealing with them again in the future

I was pleased with the timely shipping--everything was as expected except for the harness that I ordered, no instructions and the clasp broke the first time I used it. But I am still using for night time walks--I just redid it to my needs. Thank you. I will post pictures of my itty bitty pitty with his LED on...

I was looking for a specific brand of cat food that was not carried in my local petstore and was happy to finally find someone who doesn't charge an arm and a leg for it. I think it's an awesome feature to be able to get automatic shipping every few weeks according to a schedule you pick when you are choosing your quantity. Checkout was painless and I am happy with the price of shipping. If I did have to criticise, it would be that even though I got a confirmation email, I didn't get an email with the tracking number. I was able to go onto the website and track my package by checking my order status, but I would have liked to have that option available on my phone since that's where I get my email and I am always on the go. Overall 4 out of 5 stars, and I will defiantly continue to shop here!

I ordered five pet safety lights on deep discount. Ok, one arrived and didn't work, but I haven't had a chance to contact PetFlow.com about that yet. Otherwise, everything was as expected. They did use a bit more packaging for mailing than was necessary and I would hope they work with an eye toward conservation of resources.

I think I could have rode a bicycle there and back with my order faster!
