I had been using a competitor for a while, but after experiencing frustration with using their website and bonus coupons, slow loading of pages, and very slow shipping I decided to switch. PetFlow does not always have the cheapest online prices, but their website is very easy to navigate when I'm in a hurry. If I really need something, if they can keep up their fast service then I will continue to use them. Very impressed with the free shipping, too!

Wish the prices were less than the grocery stores but convenience of being delivered to your door is great .

LED Pet Safety Lights are cute, great price, but hard to click on and off at times. Moved to back of collar, appeared to be too bright on dog's eyes.

A Petflow.com item was recommended in a FB post (I'd never been to the site before) so I ordered it. I received it with no problem, but the pet safety light (for night walks) is only ok, but it's hard to turn on, and when you attach it to the collar with the leash attached too, it doesn't stay hanging down in the front but twists around behind the neck making the "safety" light harder to see.

Took one star off as I ordered additional products and did not receive everything that I ordered. Sent email to support and have not had a reply.

Only complaint is that it took more than a week to get my order, which is a little slow in this day and age of online shopping. But that's a minor caveat. Good and efficient service.
