I absolutely love how fast my orders are shipped and well packaged.

PetFlow carries al most all of the brands and varieties that I want to buy but I can't but just three or four. I have to but an entire cases. Buying cases of my kitties favorite flavors means that I have to carry four or five cases of cat food all the time. Wish I could mix my own cases of 24 cans of food. That would make me very, very happy!

I was on my last scoops of kibble when I realized I was gonna be out of food before my next delivery. One phone call later, the food was here in 2 days! I would like to see better pricing on some foods and more product to choose from. Vector flea and tick for example would be nice to have.

When I recieved the incorrect dog food, a call was made to customer service. The problem was immediately addressed and I had the correct food in 2 days. A prepaid label was emailed to me to return the wrong food. The most inconvenient part was driving to the FedEx drop off a couple of miles from my home.

I've been a fairly happy customer of PetFlow.com for almost two years and I love their fairly reasonable prices on harder to find (and usually expensive) brands. The free shipping is what keeps me a happy customer because many websites charge by weight, which for pet food and litter can be quite expensive, although they do now charge tax in my area, which I was a little disappointed about. I've removed a star from my review because of their lackluster customer service. In the past, all of my contact with them had been easy and helpful. When my orders go through automatically with no issues, it's great, but I had to contact them recently when an item was out of stock, which delayed the shipping of my entire order (which ships in 3 month increments). I received no notification of this and had to call and email them to find out what was going on (they did, of course, manage to charge me for the order on time). The email was returned because they were having "website issues" or some other nonsense excuse. The representative I spoke to over the phone was nice but incompetent (he mistook an order that had shipped the PREVIOUS YEAR for my most recent order - telling me that everything had shipped fine!). After having to sort all of this out through multiple contacts (eventually, the item that was on backorder was cancelled from the order, the rest of the order shipped and I received a proper refund for the non-shipped item), I felt I had to change my review, which had previously been a 5-star review. All in all, I rate them as a 4 because of their easy-to-use website but somewhat lackluster customer service.

Love the sales and product trials, wish there were a way around the shipping costs. More flexibility in delivery times would be nice; eg, after 6pm on weeknights, or something like that.

If you have a pet, check these folks out, neat stuff and good service.

Very reliable, always get exactly what I ordered in a very expeditious manner!
