received the chews, did not received the lights which was the main reason for the order

i ordered for my dog...and signed off....but,i forgot my cats so i signed in for the 2 time,and they would not allow the LOVE for no shipping.fee...very unfair....

I love the Spoiled Rotten boxes. More importantly, my dog loves the Spoiled Rotten boxes. My one disappointment in them, 2 months in a row now, is that the toys included are not made in the USA. There are many dog toys that ARE, so it would be easy enough to do, and then Pet Flow could very proudly say that the Spoiled Rotten boxes are 100% Made in the USA and I could give 5 stars instead of 4.

Loved the first spoiled rotten box! Love each item and my dogs love them. Only problem is that the dog toy came very dirty and had to put in the wash first.

It would have rated 5 stars if I was notified prior to automatic shipment on all occasions. I usually get notified before, but if I postpone a shipment, I don't get an additional reminder before shipment. As it turns out, I usually get shipments about 2-4 weeks before I need them.

I love using PetFlow to order the needed supplies for our two cats, including dry and canned cat food as well as the litter. Easy system to set up automatic deliveries, but more importantly, easy to modify not just the next delivery but all future deliveries. Plus you are forewarned that a shipment is coming out that allows you to make changes before it leave their warehouse. the only minor complaint I have is that when they ship the dry food and litter, they don't back the box very well, if at all, so by the time the shipment reaches my house and I open the box, their has been torn bags of food and even the boxes of litter have split open.

I just joined PetFlow and have only received 1 delivery so far. We ordered the Blue Buffalo Basics for our dogs as they all have allergies at some level and especially our golden retreiver. So expensive to treat all the allergy symptoms and I have been trying to find a solution through their diet. Set up on a three week delivery. I would let you know how it goes. M Hood
